    Why Should You Play?

    1. Mystery and storytelling: The story unfolds subtly behind the gameplay, leaving it up to you to piece together what is happening in the character’s life.
    2. Satisfying and non-competitive: Ever been the type to like putting things exactly in the right place? Do it ten times faster than in real life and admire the results of your work without breaking a sweat.
    3. Pick-up and play style: No need to learn new rules or controls—just move the objects based on what feels natural. The game will highlight any misplaced items at the end of each level.

    Who Should You Play With?

We recommend playing this with family or loved ones, so you can talk through the story together and share some of your own memories of moving from place to place.

Game is available on almost all platforms, no console needed.

    Tips and Tricks

Unpacking has a lot options to help you play the way you want! Access the settings menu from the main menu.

If you would like larger icons, swap the icon size in the Accessibilty Menu. This affects the different clickable elements in the game

Additionally, if you would like to play Unpacking without any of the puzzle elements (it’ll be like decorating your own doll house). Feel free to enable “Allow items anywhere”. However, we recommend at least playing through the game once without the option enabled as the puzzles cleverly tell a really nice story!

If you do not like the music of the game, head into the Audio menu. The Master Vol controls all sound. Music controls the background music of the game, and Sound FX affects all the clicking/tapping/placing/etc. sounds.
